Hej,

I would like to share this unbelievable story that one of my clients asked me and allowed me to publish for publicity so that he can get the media’s attention in his struggle to give his son the right to be with and to get to know his REAL father!!!
It all started thirteen years ago when he met a Thai woman (let’s call her TGF) when he was on vacation. They fell in love but for that time being he was not ready to make a major commitment due to the fact that he was the sole caretaker of two children that had together with him been going through a quite painful divorce with his former Thai wife.
Four years ago my client travelled to Thailand together with his son to celebrate his 20th birthday. During this trip he once again met TGF who was in Thailand together with her French boyfriend and her Norwegian friend. The plan was to meet up in Bangkok because they stayed in contact as friends all though they didn’t continue the relationship throughout the years. On the night of my client’s son’s birthday the Frenchman had a go at my client’s son, which rendered in what my client was told by the TGF that the Frenchman left Thailand and ended their relationship. During this trip after the incident my client and TGF once again entered into a romantic relationship and felt it was the right time since circumstances had changed because the children was now living on their own and had relationships on their own. From that point my client and TGF had an ongoing relationship for two years. They travelled to Thailand on several occasions and she was frequently visiting him in his home in Stockholm. They were planning a life together looking at houses in both countries. In March 2014 my client got the fantastic news that they were expecting a child. They started preparing the presence of the child by buying all necessities for the child’s arrival. This was made public to his mother, children, friends and she even appeared at my client’s office proudly showing up her stomach to his coworkers.
In the 26th week of the pregnancy my clients life was turned upside down when he was told by his TGF that the child they were expecting might not be his and she revealed that she was involved with the Frenchman making him believe that he was going to be a father as well. This upset my client to a point where he demanded that a DNA test was performed. A DNA test was bought from Easy DNA and the technique they used was that blood from the mother and alleged father was taken, this was done at the respected hospital Sofiahemmet in Stockholm. The blood was from there on sent to New Mexico, USA for analyses. During the awaited result the TGF had second thoughts of having the child and went therefor on a trip to china and New Mexico to check up the possibilities to have a late termination of the pregnancy. However my client informed TGF he would not have part in murdering a child! The law clearly states that abortion after week 14th of the pregnancy is illegal both in the Nordics and in Thailand. My client was looking forward on being a father so he managed to convince TGF that keeping the child was the right thing to do. Three weeks of waiting in agony the result finally arrived and it clearly stated that my client was the father more than 99.99 %. After the news my client asked TGF to inform the Frenchman on the result and end the relationship with him which she also promised to do. For weeks my client reminded the TGF to inform the Frenchman on the result but nothing happened so there for my client wrote an email to him with the DNA result as an attachment explaining the situation. In November 2014 the TGF ends all communication with my client on all channels. My client started to investigate about her whereabouts and found out that she had given birth to his son in Bangkok giving him a French name and putting the Frenchman as the father of my client’s son. My client was in despair trying to find anyone that could help him to process a legal case in Thailand for the son’s right to his true father. In February 2015 a Swedish law firm contacted my client telling him they had a partner in Thailand http://www.rlsic.com that they was working close to and from there on we have processed this case for 1 ½ year in Chonburi Juvenile Court. After numerous hearings and travels to Thailand where the TGF consistently chose not to appear apart from on one occasion where she showed up to attend mediation. The Judge asked her to agree to take a new DNA test, which she did not agree to. Then the judge issued a court order that the child was not to leave the country before a verdict had been given and she also was told to show up the following day in court to let my client see his son. She said she would do so but that didn’t happen. She broke the court order and fled with the child over the border to Cambodia. finally a verdict was given in favor of my client containing court orders as follows; the son should be handed over to my client within 30 days effective date from the verdict and the birth certificate should be changed into my clients favor. The court order was not followed by the defendant TGF.
During the investigation it also came to our knowledge from both Thai and Norwegian authorities that the TGF was at the time married to a Norwegian man and not the Frenchman that she lived with. By the Thai authorities we received information that she also got married to a Belgian man on Koh Si Chang Island whom also financed a house on the Island for her, this information was also confirmed by numerous inhabitants on the Island that participated at the wedding ceremony. I have personally been in contact with this Belgian man who confirms the relationship to the TGF whom was shocked when he heard that she had given birth to a child. The inhabitants on the Island also hinted that there had been other men but we didn’t investigate since it was of no relevance to our case.
