Ok, was on the Land.one House nearly finished (was told on the Phonecall) belongs to one of the Company Guys, another 70 % finished, 2 only the Metall outside, not quiete important. Company closed, it looks that they did not buy the land but leased it themselfes.

My Contact said, the only buildings, 2 Houses there, not finished and everything on the Land will be destroyed. The Buyers have to go to court. I was told some allready paid 70 %.
