BASIC FUNCTION
– Welcoming, greeting, serving, bidding farewell and handling all preregistration
for VIP guests also rooming VIP and Dynasty Club guests.
RESPONSIBLE TO
– Guest Service Manager
– SR. Guest Relation Officer
RESPONSIBLE FOR
– None
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILTIES (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
1. Reviews/follow ups matters in Guest Service log book.
2. Checks with front desk for room situation for the day.
3. Checks daily arrival list for VIP and Dynasty Club guests.
4. To arrange pre-registered items, inspection & set up guest rooms.
5. Greets & welcomes, bid fare well to every arrival and departure of VIP, Dynasty
Club, regular and other FIT guests.
6. Checks VIP and Dynasty Club guests in and escorts them to rooms upon arrival.
7. Introduce hotel facilities and service to guest while rooming.
8. Handles guests’ requests promptly with best service manner:
– Restaurant reservation
– Airline ticket reconfirmation
– Golf equipment for rental
– Etc.
9. To ensures most friendly, promptly and courtesy attitude while servicing guests.
10. Calls the Management upon VIPs’ arrival.
11. Attends every request of guests and follow – up promptly and be courteous.
12. Co-ordinates and follow ups immediately with Housekeeping and Engineering for
any requests of guests regarding maintenance and repair in guest room.
13. Receives / follow ups complaints personally (do not send guest to other department )
14. Maintain appropriate standard of personal grooming.
15. Performs duties common to all supervisory personal and others duties as may be
assigned.
