Ok, was on the Land.one House nearly finished (was told on the Phonecall) belongs to one of the Company Guys, another 70 % finished, 2 only the Metall outside, not quiete important. As i have been told, the old Company will destroy everything, instead the real Owner of the Land will get it. I think no chance to see…[Read more]

Just had a phonecall. bad news. Company closed, it looks that they did not buy the land but leased it themselfes.

My Contact said, the only buildings, 2 Houses there, not finished and everything on the Land will be destroyed. The Buyers have to go to court. I was told some allready paid 70 %.

I was near the construction site in January, saw no activities. Will go there again,it is near my Home, next days and tell you more, can make Photos.

Yes i mean the Sales Office, it is closed now more then a month.

What surprised me that the Photos from the Hua Hin Homepage shows the Krabi House, they started to build.

Since about one Month, the office of Krabi Garden Ressort in Krabi-Aonang is empty, furniture out, a “to rent” sign outside.
