Ok, was on the Land.one House nearly finished (was told on the Phonecall) belongs to one of the Company Guys, another 70 % finished, 2 only the Metall outside, not quiete important. As i have been told, the old Company will destroy everything, instead the real Owner of the Land will get it. I think no chance to see any Money or House in Future.
Like to make my remarks: Before siging or paying in Thailand, take a INTERNATIONAL lawyer to check Contracts, ownership of Land and Limitatons of Buildings with the Land Office. Do not pay any Money, before your own 30 Year Lease is registered in the Land Office !! Better buy a existing Home or lease the Land for 30 Years, build your House after your Taste, could bring quality Poblems as well.
Furthermore do not trust everyone and not your own People, they are the worst, speaking the same Language but cheating the own People.
And i think please use the Internet to warn the other Scandinavians, cause i think, they do the same with Projects in Hua Hin and Phuket, this is a big cheating Deal.
Try to get more Details from the Finnland Man who was the Salesman here, perhaps canhelp you for the legal Fights.
